The market is to be held on Friday July 9, from 12pm until 7pm and Saturday July 10, from 9am until 2pm, with Stawell Neighbourhood House searching for people who are interested in purchasing a stall to sell their crafts.
In 2020 the Winter Woollies was scheduled to run in the usual 'festival' style, but COVID-19 forced its cancellation.
Stawell Neighbourhood House volunteer and Winter Woolies committee secretary Jenny Greenberger said the event will be an important fundraiser for the community group.
"I think it is a really valuable community event for Stawell and in this post-COVID era it is important to run events like this and get things happening again," she said.

"It (Stawell Neighbourhood House) is one of the main community centres for Stawell, in terms of providing education and training and support for people who are experiencing difficulties.
"All of our services and activities need those extra funds to keep those services going."
Ms Greenberger encouraged anyone who was passionate about arts and crafts to purchase a stall to help get the market up and running.
"A lot of craftspeople have being doing their craft work during lockdown and so people would like the opportunity to display it and sell some of their work as well," she said.
"Craftwork has been important to keep people's minds active and to keep people doing stuff and there are a lot of really good artist here in the Grampians so it will be great to see their work on display."
