The A Grade has struggled early in the season, dropping games to Noradjuha Quantong and newcomers Kaniva Leeor, but with some players back in the side the Swifts looked dominant.
The Swifts put together a big first half as they led 23-9 at halftime, before extending that lead to win 49-23.
Michaela Armer and Jade Ralph were important in attack while Julia Coates' return to the centre position provided the side with much needed run and speed.
The win puts the Swifts eighth on the ladder with another home game coming up against Pimpinio in round four.

The Swifts raced out of the blocks with three quick goals in the first quarter, but by three-quarter time Rupanyup led by 17 points.
