The annual Multi-Event State Championships lead up to the future competition in events such as the Decathlon and Heptathlon as the athletes compete in a series of five or seven different sports, depending on their age group.
Due to capacity restrictions, the annual event was capped at 60 entrants per age group, per gender, with competitors earning a place based on their performances in other meetings, including at Stawell Little Athletics competitions.
Overall results from the weekend finished with; Darcy Venn in 15th in the under-11 girls, Bradley Carter in 16th in the under-15 boys, Kynan Stasinowsky in 21st in the under-14 boys, Tyler Carver in 31st in the under-9 boys and Campbell Stasinowsky 54th in the under-11 boys.
These results are determined based on a collection of points the competitors earn by competing in a series of different track and field events.

In some individual events, Stawell Little Athletics Club also had five club records broken across the weekend.
In the under-11 girls 800 meters Darcy Venn broke a 23-year-old record, while Tyler Carver also set a new club record for the under-9 boys 800 meters.
Bradley Carter also showed his impressive athletic prowess, claiming new records in the under-15 javelin, discus and high jump.
Stawell Little Athletics president Greg Carter said he was chuffed with their efforts over the weekend, despite a tough preparation.
"I was extremely proud of how they went, especially considering the circumstances, and to break that many clubs records meant they really put in a lot of effort," he said.

"Training was a very late start, and basically they only had a month to prepare, which is not ideal and they all did really well considering the amount of time they had to prepare for it.
"They have to do a bit of extra Training because the event covers sprint events, distance events, throwing events and jumping events, so they have to be pretty consistent across all those different categories.
"We do have a number of coaches at the clubs, so we split the kids up and focus on one event each session.
"That's the thing with the multi's, you could be extremely talented in one and not the other, so the good performances come from those who are proficient in all, and they don't have to be excellent in all.
"The next event is the Victorian Regional Championships which is in March where they can select their own events and compete in those."
Mr Carter said the competitors from the weekend would have a few weeks rest from Training before ramping up their preparations for the Regional State Championships.
Stawell Little Athletics is on every Thursday evening at North Park at 5.15pm, with anyone able to join.
