The region now has two active cases, according to statistics released by the Department of Health and Human Services on Sunday.
The region has had a total of five positive cases since the pandemic began.
The Northern Grampians were reported to have two active cases last week, before a case was reclassified on Friday.
The Southern Grampians and Ararat regions recorded no new cases on Sunday. The two remain steady with one active case of COVID-19 each.
The Horsham region also recorded zero new cases on Sunday. There remains seven active cases in the region.
The Horsham Rural City Council area has not recorded a new case since Wednesday, June 29.
No active cases have been reported in the Hindmarsh, Yarriambiack or Buloke shires.
