The region had one case of COVID-19 reclassified by the DHHS on Friday.
On Thursday the DHHS said the Northern Grampians had two active cases and five in total.
On Friday, new statistics show it has one active case and four in total.
The Horsham shire region remained steady with seven active cases.
The Southern Grampians, Ararat and West Wimmera have also remained steady with one active case each.
It comes as 627 new cases were recorded in the past 24 hours - the second highest daily increase since the pandemic started.
There has also been eight more COVID-19 related deaths.
