The club has introduced a Net Set Go competition, aimed at junior netballers developing skills for the future.
A new mentoring program between senior and junior players is also in the pipeline for the club.
Stephen Ashley will take the lead with the under-17 age group, while Vanessa Jasper will share her netball knowledge with the under-15 players.
Sarah Parker has taken the role of the under-13 team with young players Tahlia Hoffmann and Phoebe Bretherton developing their coaching skills with the Mods team.
Jane Johnston will facilitate the Net Set Go program.
Netball director Naomi Hoffmann said she was pleased to have all coaching positions across all the grades locked in before the new year.
"2020 will be the first time the club has facilitated an official Net Set Go program," she said.
"In 2019 we had a combination of Mods and Net Set Go players which we found didn't work as the players weren't getting the development required to take the next step.
"This was due to a large number of players we had and the variation of the skill level in those players."
Hoffmann said the senior coaches were also looking into developing a mentoring program between senior and junior players.
"Brooke, one of our A Grade coaches, has been part of a similar program at another club and found it very beneficial for both seniors and juniors," she said.
"It works for both on and off the court for the players. The program is about player wellbeing and checking in with one another, which in turn will only make our club stronger for the future."
Hoffmann said the appointment of Ashley as coach of a junior team to go along with C Grade for the 2020 season will be another first for the club.
"Steve had expressed his interest in coaching two teams as he blocks out every Saturday to netball and the club," she said.
"Everyone around the club embraced his as a coach so for next season we decided let's give him two teams.
"Steve really enjoyed the role in 2019 and we're excited to see the development in the older junior players and getting them ready to take the next step in their netball journey."
