Both clubs will wear guernseys designed by Horsham artist Tanisha Lovett.
Co-coach Scott Carey said it was a game both clubs looked forward to each year.
"It's a great occasion and we're excited we get to continue it on and represent the club in the game," he said.
The Baggies will be without Angus Murray for the second week in a row.
"Nick Pickering will come back into the side but we are unsure who else will be available," he said.
"We did get some niggling injuries last week against Pimpinio so there are about four or five players who could miss out on a game this week.
"The extent of their injuries isn't known - it's a case by case and we'll work out the best way to manage those who are injured."
Carey praised the efforts of Lakers' coach Brandon Weatherson in his efforts during the 2019 season.
"They've managed to get some wins on the board and not a team which should be taken lightly," he said.
"They play some hard physical football.
"It's shown in recent weeks in not just our games, but across the leagues - if you're not playing at the top of your game you are going to get found out.
"I can see that will be the case on Saturday. Whichever team can't hit top gear first will probably find themselves behind.
"Our goal is to build towards finals and a good outing on Saturday is exactly what we're after."
Swifts A Grade netball coach Courtney Morrow said the whole team was right to go for the weekend's matchup.
"We can see Taylors Lake has really improved as the season has gone on and it's going to be a tough game," she said. "The plan going in will be to stick to our game plan and run out the game."
