The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) will be looking into whether Ms Berejiklian breached public trust by having an involvement in awarding the grants while in a secret relationship at the time with then Wagga MP Daryl Maguire.
The grants involved $5.5 million to the Australian Clay Target Association to build The Range function centre in Wagga Wagga, in the NSW Riverina, and $30 million to relocate the Riverina Conservatorium of Music and build a new recital hall complex.
