There will be four events held by Landcare School Holiday Program with Project Platypus Upper Wimmera Landcare.
The program offers a chance for primary school aged children to get involved with nature over the winter break.
It aims to have children engage and have fun with nature.
First on offer is the a nature and mud-filled day in St Arnaud on Monday, June 28. It will held at the St Arnaud Country Club. From 10am to noon children will be taken on a nature walk, make a worm tower and more.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The following event will be held at Stawell at the Stawell Neighbourhood house. Children will get to make art using nature and learn yoga.
There will be another morning of holiday activities in Stawell event held on Thursday, July 1, also at the Neighbourhood House.
St Arnaud's second event will be held on Monday, July 5 at the country club.
These activities have been a collaboration with Stawell Urban Landcare Group, Kara Kara Conservation Management Network and Project Platypus.
