The tournament, which will host netball associations from around northern Victoria, is scheduled to be held on Sunday June 6, but the state's COVID-19 restrictions may affect when the tournament can be run.
Despite the changes, Stawell Warriors players Alana Graveson, Ruby Peters, Madi Taylor, Molly Orr and Holly Graveson are looking forward to pulling on the Wimmera's blue and gold when they get the chance to compete at the Northern Zone of the Championships in Bendigo.
Ruby Peters, who is in the under-15 squad, was selected to compete in the Championships in 2020 before COVID-19 again got in the way.
She said she has loved the chance to be involved in the Wimmera netball squad in 2021.
"I was excited and I was very nervous though, but I was mostly excited," she said.

Earlier in 2021 the Wimmera squads headed to Bendigo for the Golden City Tournament.
The under-13, under-15 and under-17 all made their respective grand finals, with the under-13 and the under-17 squads winning the title.
Peters' side finished runner's up on the day and she said she enjoyed the experience of playing in the tournament and was looking forward to her next opportunity.

"I am pretty excited to play. I am a bit nervous because this is the one where you get to go to Melbourne if you do well."
The Association Championships are an important player pathway, with more than 70 per cent of Talent Academy players identified at the Championships each year.
Talent scouts from Netball Victoria will be at the Championships with the best players selected into a Northern Zone squad.
The grand finalist teams from each age group will also earn the opportunity to head down to Melbourne for a Finals Day, where they will compete against the best squads in the state and have another opportunity to impress scouts.
