Armstrong Concrete Stawell has been involved with the project since February, and are helping to put the finishing touches on the site over the remainder of April.
Ballarat's H.Troons are the principal builder of the development and it was Armstrong Concrete Stawell that was chosen to supply the concrete for almost all aspects of the site.
Armstrong Concrete Stawell owner Doug Armstrong said the project has been a big one, but one that has allowed him to expand his business.
"I have certainly got a lot more confidence, I bought another truck because of it and our business has expanded as well because it," he said.

"We employed another six people for the duration of the project for a start and it has allowed us to upgrade and expand more of our business, so it has been really important.
"We have also had another full-time, ongoing position come from it as well.
"We started on an upgrade that took about 15 months and we used all local suppliers where we can and we have built the business up so we can take on a project of this size and complete it up to spec and at the speed required.
"This has been the end of an 15 month program to upgrade our site and it has been good to test it out with this project."
Mr Armstrong said United have used Stawell businesses for much of the project, with the site representing the current and future growth of the town.
"Our principal role is to supply of the concrete for the hard stand areas, buildings and roadways so it has been a big project," he said.

"It has been good, they have been able to use as many local contractors as they can, considering the type of work.
"And it is good for Stawell too, it is a showpiece of Stawell to the broader community and to passerby's.
"I think it is installing a lot of confidence in the town and I think we are seeing some really positive signs for Stawell."
