In February a number of residents raised their concerns about the problem which is constantly occurring, but shows no signs of being fixed.
But Halls Gap Residents and Ratepayers Association president Paul Turner said after he raised his concerns he was contacted by Victorian MP and Member for Lowan Emma Kealy and the office of Federal MP and Member for Wannon Dan Tehan.
Mr Turner said he was told Mr Tehan is now chasing funding to help fix the problem, but he needs a comprehensive list of people in the Northern Grampians Shire Council who have been affected by reception issues, to demonstrate the widespread nature of the issue
Mr Turner is now urging any residents or businesses in Halls Gap or surrounds to contact councillor Trevor Gready or to contact Dan Tehan directly.

"To help our cause we need to present a list of 10, 20, 40 people who have issues and I believe there are people in Stawell with issues, so that can be added to the list," Mr Turner said.
"Even if over the next week or so we can build this list to then give to Dan Tehan, before he goes to whatever meeting he goes to next, about budget money and he can present that.
"If he has a full list he can then present this to Dan Tehan on behalf of the Northern Grampians Shire Council."
Mr Turner said people should contact councillor Gready and provide their name and address where they have had television and internet reception issues.
Councillor Gready said he received a call from Mr Tehan office's earlier in March who said they were looking for funding to fix the problem.
But in order to make the case for the funding, a detailed list of people affected needs to be provided.
