At the Y-Zetts 2021 annual general meeting, the volunteer group presented Stawell Regional Health board chair Rhian Jones with a $10,000 cheque.
The donation comes after the success of the 17th annual Y-Zetts Shopping Spree, where almost half a million dollars was spent across the week long event.
Earlier this year, the Y-Zetts were also awarded the 'Community Event of the Year' at the Northern Grampians Shire Council's Australia Day awards ceremony for the Shopping Spree.

Y-Zetts vice-president Meg Blake said she was proud of the success of the event for its impact on the hospital and local businesses.
"It was a great team effort, great teamwork from everyone involved," she said.
"The thing about it was, it was a great 50-50 benefit because the hospital got $10,000 but think about those traders and how the 27 traders were affected.
"We have heard that there was not that far short of half a million dollars spent during the week, and that being pushed into the local community is great.
"We can't do this without the traders' enthusiasm, the volunteers' passion and the fine community we have here in Stawell."
The Y-Zetts have earmarked the funds to be used towards purchasing a new state of the art defibrillator for the emergency care centre.
In 2019, the Y-Zetts also donated $5,000, which was used for the purchase of ventilation devices that can used for children, the elderly or anyone who is compromised with breathing difficulties.
Ms Blake said the Y-Zetts have an important role to play in supporting the hospital service and are already putting plans in place for this year's events.
OTHER NEWS:
"At the end of the day, where is the first port of call when something goes wrong, it is straight up that hill," she said.
"A community needs an effective health service and that is what Y-Zetts attempt to do, raise funds for vital equipment. Everyone and ever dollar can make a difference.
"We have got to make sure that we keeping the hospital staffed and funded and resourced and a town without a hospital is just gone."
The event was also a success despite the challenges of COVID-19 in 2020, with Y-Zetts and traders running the event for a week, giving people more time to come into town and grab some bargains.
The Y-Zetts are also putting plans in place for the 2021 event, which will likely be held in spring and in a similar format.
At their AGM, the Y-Zetts also elected Helena Nicholson as president and Meg Blake as vice-president.
