Stawell SES together with Northern Grampians Shire employees assisted in the removal of more than 20 trees and branches that had come down as a band of thunderstorms swept through the region.
There were delays on the Western Highway after an incident occurred with a truck and a tree.
Stawell SES deputy controller Brody Stewart said the incidents were isolated to a section of the Western Highway between Old Glenorchy Road and Stawell.
"We haven't counted up the total of calls outs yet, but there was a number of calls," he said on Saturday morning.

"There were no injuries we were aware of.
"There was nothing major last night - just a lot of clean up."
Mr Stewart reminded people to stay away or turn around safely when seeing emergency vehicles or an incident has happened.
"We posted a video to our social media account last night of some of the flooding to hopefully stop the need for people to drive around a have a look at the damage," he said.
"We are calling on residents to help us get our job done quicker and stay safe while doing it."
