Market stalls featuring plants, bric-a-brac, clothes, wooden toys and more will be available.
The vintage shop was stopped for almost 12 months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Volunteer Alison Rasche said she hoped the car boot sale would be a way of engaging the community once again with all that is offered throughout the town.
"We're using it as a community outreach event and for the church to be visible to residents once more," she said.
"There are lots of stallholders coming so it's not just our little bit of the vintage pop up shop. We've had a massive amount of items due to people cleaning out cupboards during the period of lockdown.
"A lot of people have been downsizing and being ruthless with getting rids of things. We've got so many beautiful things. We're really grateful."

Mrs Rasche said some items were brand new.
"It's marvellous at some of the quality of the items," she said.
"There will be something for everyone at the car boot sale and people will be able to find some Christmas presents and decorations too."
Mrs Rasche said people needed to book in a site if they wanted to sell items.
"We'll be making sure people are allocated a space to sell and also ensuring people who visit are signing in and being COVID-19 safe," she said.
