There are also no active cases in Ararat.
There is still one case assigned to Horsham, but authorities have previously confirmed that this is a person who contracted the virus in Melbourne and has not visited western Victoria while infectious.
Today's local update comes as case numbers around the state continue to fall.

Mr Andrews again thanked regional Victorians for their work in combating the coronavirus.
"It's a great testament to the hard work and the commitment, the perseverance of regional communities to to get these numbers down and to keep following the rules," he said.
"They are different rules, but they are still rules, and they have to be followed.
MAKING NEWS ACROSS THE NORTHERN GRAMPIANS:
"All the reports that I'm getting from regional Victoria throughout this week as they've opened up have been very positive, but everyone has to remain vigilant."
Statewide, there were 21 new cases reported in the past 24 hours. Of those new cases, 13 are linked to known outbreaks and eight are 'mystery cases'.
The last time Victoria recorded a lower number of new daily cases was June 20.
