Meanwhile, another Horsham resident has recovered from COVID-19, latest DHHS has revealed.
Figures released this afternoon show there are now three active cases in Horsham - down from four yesterday.
There have been no changes elsewhere.
Two active cases remain in West Wimmera.
There are no active cases in the Ararat, Hindmarsh or Yarriambiack shires.

Premier Daniel Andrews asked regional Victorians showing even mild symptoms to get tested, as Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong battle growing COVID-19 outbreaks.
"If you have even the mildest symptoms we ask you to come forward and get tested, you will make a really powerful contribution," Mr Andrews said.
"In fact anyone across regional Victoria, if you have even the mildest symptoms please get tested.
"We need to be confident we are finding as much of the virus as we can."
There were 278 new cases of coronavirus reported today, marking the state's lowest daily total since July 20.
There are 492 active cases in regional Victoria, compared to 7155 in metropolitan Melbourne.
Sadly, a further eight people lost their lives, taking the total death toll to 275.
