Premier Daniel Andrews said businesses that would close due to the shutdown included pubs, clubs, nightclubs, and licensed venues in hotels and pubs.

- Bull and Mouth Hotel - closed, but undecided on takeaway meals
- Exchange Hotel - closed
- Royal Hotel - closed, but undecided on takeaway meals
- Sports and Community Club - closed. Owner Glenn Carroll on takeaway meals: "it's something we may consider"
- Vic Hotel - open as drive-through bottle'o and providing takeaway meals
- White Heart Hotel - closed
Natimuk
- Natimuk Hotel - open as bottle shop and takeaway meals
Stawell
- Gift Hotel - open as bottle shop and providing takeaway meals
Ararat
- Blue Duck Hotel - open for takeaway meals
Places of worship
Churches are finding ways to keep the faithful connected with Catholic masses suspended across Victoria as part of measures to control the spread of coronavirus.
The Bishops of Victoria have encouraged people to participate in Mass online at bit.ly/MassOnDemand, at melbournecatholic.org.au/Mass or at wordonfire.org/daily-mass
Harvest Church Horsham's 10.30am Sunday service will be streamed online at harvestchurch.org.au
Horsham Church of Christ will stream all services here.
Ararat Church of Christ will also stream services online.

Restaurants and cafes will only be allowed to provide home delivery or takeaway.

- Laneway - Cafe without Borders is open to offer takeaway and meal delivery
- Figtree Cafe is open for takeaway only from 7am until noon and are considering home delivery requests
- Nourish'd Eatery will close from Tuesday until further notice
- Cafe Red Cherry is open for takeaway and home deliveries only
- Cheeky Fox Cafe is open for takeaway and will close its doors for sit-down meals and drinks as of noon on Monday. It is still offering catering services
- Farmhouse Deli and Cafe is open for takeaway only
- Moe's Mexican Bar and Grill open for takeaway only
- Thai Basil is open for takeaway only but will be organising home delivery services

- Cafe 1868 is closed until further notice
- Lillies and Lattes is closed until further notice
- The Secret Corner Cafe is closed until further notice
Kaniva
- Heartfelt is open for takeaway only
- Kaniva's Club Hotel is open for takeaway only
Grampians
- Halls Gap Ice Cream Parlour is open for takeaway and the Stony Creek Lolly Shop has moved into the shop
- Mount Zero Olives in Laharum is open for shopping only
Gyms and indoor sporting venues
Stawell
- Crush Fitness 24/7 Gym will close at noon on Monday. Memberships will be held from Tuesday. Trainers can assist in any home workouts for members, but details to be confirmed
- Stawell Fitness 24-7 will close at noon on Monday. Individual trainers might continue to run virtual classes through Zoom calls, but up to individual trainers
- Stawell Sports and Aquatic Centre is closed
Ararat
- Anytime Fitness Ararat will close at noon on Monday
- Ararat Fitness and Leisure Centre is closed
Horsham
- Horsham Aquatic Centre is closed
- Snap Fitness Horsham is closed from noon on Monday and will provide workouts on social media to do from home daily. All membership payments have been suspended.
Kaniva
- Kaniva Sporting Complex is closed
What's open
During the shutdown, people will still be able to go to the supermarket, the bank, the pharmacy and other essential stores, like petrol stations and convenience stores.
