Tickets are selling fast as consumers from around the region are taking advantage of the shop keeper's specials.
More than 260 people attended the event in 2018, a number which president Meg Blake hoped would increase.
"More than $250,000 was spent in the community in the week last year," Mrs Blake said.
"That money is staying in Stawell. That money is supplying a child with an after school job.
"It goes so much further - the money we raised which isn't a huge amount goes back into the hospital which is vital for the town."
2019 is the 16th time the hospital fundraising group has hosted the event.
"The idea didn't come locally, it came from one of our members from Casterton," Mrs Blake said. "She spoke to Joy Eales of Lyal Eales because they had done something similar in Maryborough.
"From there the idea was born. It's a great concept and so simple. Lyal Eales, Perry's Footwear, Stawell Craft Shop and Foster's Mensland have participated in every one of those years and will again this year."
Mrs Blake said this year's shopping night will have the most shops open than there had ever been.
"We have 17 shops participating on the night,' she said.
"From store-wide specials to spot specials - it is a great opportunity to get the Christmas shopping done for the year. Each group has 12 minutes in each shop."
Individual tickets are still available through the Y-Zetts and each shopper will be given a wrist band to identify they are eligible for the specials.
"It's not a massive fundraiser for the hospital, but it's a fabulous and fun night for the community," Mrs Blake said. "This community needs a hospital and the hospital needs the community."
