Eleven young performers ranging from school years five to 12 presented Sing me a Story last week, a show bringing classic stories like Pinocchio and Peter Pan to life on stage.
"There were a whole lot of storybook characters involved so we got to have some fun with a fair bit," SPACi president Dianne Stewart said.
"We have some great emerging performers - they all did an amazing job."
The students put on several performances of their show, including in front of primary school students.

"We had students from Stawell West, 502, Concongella and St Pat's attend daytime shows. Two daytime shows had just under 300 in attendance each," Ms Stewart said.
"We also had an evening show with about another 60 people in the audience.
"We had really positive feedback from the audience."
SPACi members will now prepare for their next big event, the Stawell Performing Arts Festival on the first weekend of September, currently looking for vocalists and performers for the cast.
