Game one was Red against Green.
Organisers said the scores didn't reflect the game themselves with good passing from both teams.
Red were unable to get some of the their shots to drop and didn't have the height to rebound those missed opportunities.
Green's defence was strong, and Katrina Hope shot well off rebounds and fast breaks.
Final score was Red 23 going down against Green 44.
Blue took on Gold in game two.
It was a much closer match up than game one, with the second half seeing even scoring on the board.
Gold's Georgie Larkin had a great day out under the ring as did teammate and substitute Courtney Giroud and Blue's Hayley Young.
In the end Blue couldn't fight back their eight point margin at half time and went down 28 points to Gold's 36.
Next week's game will see Blue take on Green while Red will verse Gold.
