The group held a wine and cheese night at the Stawell Entertainment Centre on Friday.
More than 120 people in attendance helped raise more than $7800.
"We have been doing the night for 20-odd years and this was definitely the best we have had so far," auxiliary president Merrilyne Middleton said.
"We had two very expensive bottles of wine donated which both sold very large amounts of money.

"It was great to see so much public support and we had people tell us they can't wait until next year."
The money will be put towards purchasing monitoring equipment for patients coming out of anaesthetic at Stawell Hospital. Some of the funds will also be put to the nursing home which the group also fundraises for.
Auxiliary treasurer Pam Byron said new members are welcome to help the group continue with successful fundraisers.
"We meet on the fourth Tuesday of every month and we always love welcoming in new people," she said.
"We have about four events a year, with the next one a sandwiches and slice lunch on June 21 at entertainment centre."
