Marrang will commemorate 20 years of existence while Cooinda celebrates being around for 50 years.
Marrang celebrations will take place on Stawell’s D’Arcy Street from 2.30pm-4.30pm with an afternoon tea while Cooinda is hosting a barbecue dinner on Cooper Street from 5.30pm-7.30pm.
Former Stawell and District Preschool Association administrator Julie McClure said it is sure to be a great day of celebration.
“There will be old staff, teachers and educators as well as students in attendance. The Northern Grampians Shire CEO and mayor will also be there,” she said.
“It is quite a big thing for these kinders to have been around for such a long time so it is great to have the chance to celebrate it.”
