The first incident occurred at Beehive Falls in Roses Gap, with a man in his 20s sustaining an injury to his lower leg.
Members from Stawell SES tried to reach him but Ambulance Victoria was able to winch him with a helicopter and airlift him to hospital where he began recovery for his injuries.
Two rescues were then made on Wednesday near the Pinnacle.
The first was on the Sundial track, about 400m from the Pinnacle. Another man sustained lower leg injuries, with Stawell SES carrying him back to the ambulance.
”Once they finished that they heard another person had a fall and had facial and shoulder injuries at Pinnacle summit,” Stawell SES controller Alan Blight said.
SES workers reached a woman who had sustained “relatively serious facial injuries”, also carrying her to an ambulance.
“Both people avoided serious injury, but when someone has facial injuries you have to be careful,” Mr Blight said.
“She was bleeding quite a bit so we had to be extra cautious.”
Mr Blight said the spike in rescues comes as the weather begins to improve and also with school holidays.
“With the better weather and holidays bringing more people it is natural for a higher possibility of accidents to occur,” he said.
“We would just urge people to make sure they are wearing correct footwear to stay as safe as they can.”
