The event, which raises money for the Pomonal Primary School, will celebrate its 28th year of showcasing Grampians-based artists in 2018.
Wayne Dickinson is one of the exhibition’s feature artists this year. He uses recycled metal to create sculptures that combine Wimmera inspiration with fantasy and myth.
Textile artist Barb Venn’s work will also be showcased at the event, which starts tonight and runs until Sunday.
Both artists will run free art workshops and demonstrations for children and adults.
The event will take on a festival theme for Father’s Day on Sunday and will include stalls, food and drink vendors, Wimmera wine and beer, and live music from the Recalcitrants and The Plastic Bags.
Other entertainment will include jumping castles, fairy floss, hair-spraying, face-painting, and a visit from Halls Gap Zoo animals.
The exhibition in Pomonal Hall will open from 6.30pm tonight with an auction.
Entry is $10, and includes a buffet. Drinks will be available at bar prices.
The exhibition will be open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Entry is $4.
There will also be an opening night on Saturday, including supper.
Tickets are $10 and available at the door.
Organisers said people could visit the Pomonal Art Show page on Facebook for more information.
