Solyom and Joiner became co-coaches earlier this season when newly appointed coach Colin Macaffer stepped down after just one match.
The pair has helped the group make big in-roads as the season has developed, bouncing back from a difficult start to the year.
“The club is excited to announce Jamie and Damian as co-coaches for next year with an option for the year after. If we are happy which I am sure we will be it will be rolled over to the next season too,” Stawell president Tim Williams said.
“We think Jamie and Damian have gotten the best out of the playing group and are the best two people to keep our club moving forward.
“We think these two boys have worked together well and gained the trust of the playing group after a tough start to the year.”
Solyom said it was an easy decision to go again next season.
“Just the way they put the work in, these guys want to succeed and go to the next level,” he said.
“The way they have reacted and bounced back from the start of the year has been so impressive.
“It is an easy statement to say they are easy to coach but they really are.”
Stawell has won seven games this season with one round remaining but is likely to miss out on finals this season.
As well as re-signing their coaches, the Warriors have signed up a significant portion of its senior playing list too. At least 16 players have already recommitted with more expected to do so in the coming weeks.
“It says a lot for a group that will finish sixth or seventh to sign on already for next year,” Williams said.
“They know we can build something special. The club is a happy place to be around at the moment.”
Joiner said he is looking forward to continue to work with Solyom next season.
“It is good having that different perspective of one on the bench and one out on the ground. We work together and get the best of both worlds,” he said.
“To take it on for another year and have the same group is great. We are already excited about next year.”
With most of the senior list already signed up, the Warriors are looking towards finding some recruits to strengthen their list to help their push towards a top three spot next season.
