Wickliffe-Lake Bolac knocked off the Demons to reverse the 2017 grand final result on Saturday.

The Magpies’ 44-point win was one of the biggest wins of the round with the visitors dominating from the first bounce with a five-goal opening term setting the tone for the game.

Wickliffe-Lake Bolac went into half time with a three-goal lead and continued to extend the advantage in the second half to win 13.14.92 to 7.6.48. James Quayle bagged four goals for the Pies, Chris Thornton was best on ground.
