Their creations were positioned alongside the traditional red poppies in the Landsborough Memorial Garden for the town’s Remembrance Day service on Saturday.
Landsborough resident Janeane Edwards helped to lead the ceremony and said the turnout was fantastic for such a small town.
“We had about 60 people which was wonderful,” she said.
“Thank you to all who attended and participated, and the generosity of those who have contributed to this memorial garden.”
The special garden was officially opened on Remembrance Day in 2015 – plaques and plants have been added to the site since then.
“It is a special little garden and we really value its place in the town – it is the centre of events like this,” Mrs Edwards said.
