The Stawell Golf Club will begin hosting clinics from Tuesday, October 24 through to the 21st of November on Tuesday nights in an effort to introduce people to the sport.
The MyGolf program will run for children between the ages of five and 12 years old and cost $10 for four sessions, while the PlayGolf program is suitable for people of all ages and will cost $10 per session for the four sessions.

Golf Victoria regional development officer Tony Collier said these clinics are a fun and easy way for people to learn the basics of golf.
“They are a cheap and affordable way for people to try golf,” he said.
“All the equipment is provided so people don’t need to buy or bring anything.”
The clinics will be taught by community coaches, including five-time Wimmera golf champion Tim Coffey.
“All the coaches are enthusiastic and ready to help,” Collier said.
Registrations for the junior clinics can be done at mygolf.org.au or anyone interested can email tony.collier@golfvic.org.au for more information.
