Navarre have won their first game of the 2017 season, beating Newstead on Saturday.
The Grasshoppers premiership defence is back on track with their 36-40 win over the Kangaroos.
It looked like it was going to be a third successive loss for Navarre, as they were dominated in the first half, trailing 23-14 at the main break.
Jordan Bagley had 16 goals in the first half for Newstead.
A few position changes, including Rebbekkah Seeary-Pye moving to goal shooter, changed the momentum for the Grasshoppers.

Navarre clawed back in the third term, reducing the margin to just four at the last break.
11 goals from Seeary-Pye in the final quarter led the Grasshoppers to their first win of the season, finishing four goals ahead.
Caitlyn Murphy continued her good form for Navarre, shooting 12 goals from 18 attempts.
Navarre will face Lexton in two weeks time.
