The Black Ranges bushfire has been controlled and fire brigades have left the scene.
Ararat Country Fire Authority District 16 operations manager said the incident off Bunjils Cave Road was “luckily very minor”.

Three Country Fire Authority brigades are scrambling to extinguish a blaze at the Black Ranges, off Bunjils Cave Road.
2.30pm
Emergency services are responding to a bushfire at the Black Ranges, off Bunjils Cave Road.
Country Fire Authority brigades were called to the scene about 2.30pm.
