Emergency services rushed to Patrick Street, outside the Magistrates Court, where a car had rolled and was laying upside down.
A female driver was believed to be involved.
A resident near the scene said they heard the bang and rushed outside.
“I just don’t know how it would have happened, she seems to have hit another car and pushed it on the nature strip and her car has rolled,” they said.
“The driver crawled out and was in shock, she was apologising profusely.”
Police, Country Fire Authority, State Emergency Services and paramedics attended the scene.
