Students hit the stage for their first concert performance on Thursday night at the Stawell Entertainment Centre and will be back in action on Friday for their follow-up performance.
Fantastic commitment has been shown by all of the students in the production, taking part in practice sessions during their lunch breaks, dress rehearsals and preparing their costumes with assistance from parents.
The theme for this year’s annual concerts is "Animal Mania". As a result, the students have been busy preparing themselves to thrill their audiences with acts that incorporate a wide range of animal songs and dances.
These will include a bear hunt, crocodiles rocking, farm animals, love cats, wolves, horses and of course they will present their secret teacher act as well.
Interested participants are welcome to come to the Town Hall this morning to see their final performance which will start at 11am. There are balcony seats available for a gold coin donation. We hope you enjoy the show!
Tickets for the concerts sold fast in the lead up to Thursday night’s performance.
