Swifts have remained confident they have what it takes to defend their title despite being dismantled by Laharum in round one.
While Swifts are still hunting their first win Harrow Balmoral started the year with the bye so are yet to play.
Coach Paul Hanns said the feeling was good at their training session on Tuesday night and they were looking forward to having another crack.
"We can't afford to dwell on the result last week," Hanns said.
"We have made some changes to the playing list, but we can't panic about who we have lost."
Swifts still have a high percentage of premiership players on their roster and could expect to have one more take the field this weekend.
Sean Mantell, who has been out of action due to a medial strain, trained this week with the main group.
"He has looked pretty good when he has joined in with skills," Hanns said.
"The most important thing is he pulls up okay after each session. We really don't want him to go in underdone."
Mantell was put through a fitness test last night and got through it okay, but Hanns and his assistant Adam Leslie will give him until the bounce tomorrow to make their final decision.
The main priority for the Baggies this week is to lift their intensity and be harder at the ball.
"We said at the start of our preseason that we wanted to be hard to play against," Hanns said.
"We weren't that last week, we let them run all over us. So this week that has to change."
Hanns said it was up to the senior players to pick the younger group up each week.
"We have a couple of players that really lift the younger ones," Hanns said.
"We just need more of it."
Swifts had plenty to work on at training during the week and their forward structure monopolised most of their time as they adjust to the small forward line.
Harrow Balmoral will have a similar game plan and playing list to what they did last year despite the change in coach.
Swifts will be in for a tough day, but if they play their best football they are capable of winning.
"We are a better team than we showed last week, we need to prove it."
Swifts will play at Balmoral.
