Y-Zetts president Meg Blake has renewed an invitation for all previous team leaders to once again be involved next month.
"We need 18 volunteers to ensure that we have teams to cover each business from the start at 6pm," she said.
"Naturally we are depending on our community for their support as shoppers, to enjoy the retail therapy and wonderful bargains available to those who purchase their $20 passport."
Shopping passports clearly identify special offers and spot specials made by participating traders including pre-shopping deals.
Members of Y-Zetts are finalising tickets for distribution and will have some available at Perry's Footwear in Main street.
Shoppers who have not been contacted are welcome to phone Lyn Bibby on 0419 910 521, or Meg Blake on 0417 581 421 for tickets or information concerning the big night.
Y-Zetts is excited and has welcomed several new businesses that have chosen to be involved in 2014.
It also appreciates the ongoing support from many businesses which have been along for the ride over the previous 11 years.
A significant fundraising event, all proceeds from the annual Y-Zetts Shopping Spree go towards the purchase of vital medical equipment for Stawell Regional Health.
