Police executed warrants at six homes in Horsham and two in Stawell as part of a operation into drug trafficking.
Officers seized an allegedly stolen vehicle, a quantity of mobile phones, a substantial amount of cash, green vegetable matter, 13 mature cannabis plants, a quantity of Methamphetamine and other drug related items. They also seized a quantity of ammunition and power tools also believed to be stolen.
A 40-year-old Stawell man was arrested and charged with traffick cannabis, possess and cultivate cannabis. He was bailed by police to appear before the Stawell Magistrates court on 19 November.
A 31-year-old Horsham man, a 39-year-old Horsham woman and a 37-year-old Horsham man have been charged with traffick cannabis, traffick Methamphetamine, handle stolen goods, possess proceeds of crime and related offences.
The trio has been bailed by police to appear at Horsham Magistrates court on 19 November.
A 43-year-old Horsham man is expected to face an out of sessions court this evening charged with traffick cannabis, traffick Methamphetamine, handle stolen goods, possess proceeds of crime and related offences.
Another male has been released and expected to be charged on summons at a later date.
