Blake had a break out year playing in the midfield for Swifts where he gathered disposals at will.
In the 18 rounds of football Blake failed to poll in just two of them.
Those two games were in round nine against Pimpinio and in round 17 against Harrow Balmoral.
Of the 16 games he was able to poll in, Blake secured three votes in nine of them.
Combined with his nine best on grounds were six second best performances and one third.
Blake finished the count on 40 votes and was four clear of runner up Corey Williams from Edenhope Apsley and eight clear of the trio that finished in third.
Swifts team mate Sam Raeck was one of the three boys to finish on 32 votes and take home the third placed trophy.
Blake kicked 27 goals for the season while Raeck kicked 48 to lead the league.
Both Blake and Raeck will have big roles to play in their upcoming finals campaign that begins tomorrow.
After winning 15 games for the year and losing just three Swifts will take on Pimpinio tomorrow at Harrow Balmoral.
Swifts were able to defeat Pimpinio by 10 goals last week and will go into the game confident.
