While the A graders are expected to miss on a finals spot the B and C graders continue to make their mark in their competitions.
Warriors B graders won out in a very physical clash against Horsham Saints last Saturday.
The Saints dug deep late in the game, but Warriors managed to hang on for a 34-30 win.
Courtney Morrow was a standout in the centre, while Kristy Matthews worked hard in defence to take the Westlift Cranes/Subway award and Michaela Armer kept her head against the bigger Saints defence to receive the Perrys Footwear award.
The C graders put in a top team performance to win out 39-33 against the Saints.
Abby Kaczynski with her intercepts and a solid four quarter effort received the Byron Family/Subway award and Christine Graveson with her consistency and defensive rebounds won the Deepcore Drilling award.
Unfortunately for A grade they suffered a big 33 goal defeat with the award winners being Liza Cook (Warren Earthworks/Nash Hotel) and Maddi Jelly (Rumba Clothing/Subway).
Warriors under 17s kept pace with their Horsham Saints opponents in the first half, but when the breaks went the way of Saints in the second half and their goalies lifted their accuracy, the Saints set up a 39-29 win.
Award winners were Courtney McIlvride (Sportspower/Noodle Bar) and Meg Walker (Subway).
Both Warriors under 15 teams lost out to the Saints.
In the 15As, despite a strong effort and the shooters finding their aim in the second half Warriors lost out 23-51.
Tessa Mornane received the Gold Reef Clothing award and Tasha Reading the Subway award.
The 15Bs toughed it out against the stronger Saints opposition falling 8-57 with Kasey Bibby-Rickard winning the Grampians Pharmacy award, Amber Fry the Subway award and Neve O'Shannessy the Horsham Lands and Games award.
Warriors under 13s had their chances but in the end lost out 26-38 to the Saints.
Madilyn Barber put in a top four quarter effort and won the Golf Reef Clothing award and Jade Allen received the Subway award.
