The new program will operate each Tuesday between 9am and 1pm from the centre's multipurpose room.
Northern Grampians Shire Council Team Leader Recreation and Children's Services, Tony Dark, said the initiative would help to provide a seamless learning experience for local children and their families.
"Taylors Gully provides quality care for children aged between six weeks and twelve years," he said.
"We want to make our service as convenient as possible for families. We already have three playrooms and the local Maternal and Child Health Service operating from the facility and now we will also be offering a three year old program.
"Taylors Gully really has become a one stop shop for all the community's childcare needs and staff are excited about being part of children's ongoing learning and development."
Mr Dark said the introduction of a four year old kinder program in 2015 would further enhance continuity of care at the centre.
"It means that families will be able to drop one child at kinder, take another to daycare and attend their baby's maternal and child health appointments all at the same place," he said.
"In addition to saving busy parents valuable time, children benefit from a consistent, familiar learning environment."
