Beauty therapists will apply red paint to nails and red lipstick to lips for a gold coin donation at the community space at 108 Main Street from 10am to 1pm.
Salon owner Kim Salmi said Kiss MS Goodbye was a cause close to her team's heart.
"The staff at Hello Gorgeous are close to several people who live with Multiple Sclerosis at varying degrees and we want to do what we can to help raise awareness of MS and raise money for research," Ms Salmi said.
"At Hello Gorgeous we love to have fun, so we thought it would be great to offer a professional nail paint and lipstick application to the ladies of Stawell for a gold coin donation.
"We'll also be giving away vouchers to those who visit our 'pop-up salon' so they can enjoy a discounted high tea on the day at Mokepilly Cafe."
Ms Salmi said it would be 'first in best dressed' for the mini pampering. She would also have a bunch of beauty giveaways on the day.
Stawell residents Melissa Vos and Lydia Kindred met almost 20 years ago at an MS Australia conference for young people who'd been diagnosed with the disease. Today they still support each other throughout the ups and downs of MS.
They explained that MS symptoms included debilitating fatigue, problems with balance, numbness and problems with eyesight and speech.
"Debilitating fatigue is probably the worst part of it," Ms Vos, who is involved with the local MS peer support group, said.
"But on any given day you can have a new symptom come and stay or come and go. It helps having the support of MS Australia and this Hello Gorgeous event is going to help raise awareness locally."
Kiss MS Goodbye is an initiative of MS Research Australia. All donations made go towards preventing and treating the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis.
