With one game still to be played in the 2021 season, the Association held their presentation night with Jack Harney taking out the top prize.
In the Brownlow Medal market, Marcus Bontempelli is a hot favourites for one of the AFL's highest individual awards, and in 2021 Harney channeled some of the Bont's skill.
The 13-year-old midfielder follows Collingwood in the AFL, but Bontempelli is one of his favourite players to watch.
On Thursday night Harney said he was watching the count and was happy to see the result.

"I was watching the count and I was a little bit surprised when I saw the final tally," he said.
"It was a really good season playing here. Being top-age is good and you get a good go and run around."
"I like playing in the midfield and I like getting to run around and move a lot."
It was Harney second season with the Stawell 13 and Under Football Association, and after a stellar year, Harney is looking to graduate to junior football with the Stawell Warriors in 2022.
Along with the league best and fairest for Bob Hyslop Perpetual Trophy, Harney also claimed the Tigers best and fairest award.
