Kerrie's Kreations, owned and operated by Pomonal's Kerrie Fry, sells handmade chocolates created from her very own kitchen.
In late July, Ms Fry was stunned when she was contacted by the program, marketing and communications manager of Channel Nine Perth, who wanted to place a unique order for their The Block television program media release.
One of Ms Fry's products is a handmade and painted chocolate tool kit and it was this product that caught the eye of Channel Nine executives.
"They had obviously somehow seen my product online and to be honest I thought it was a scam," she said.

"The Block launched on August 8 and so we had about 10 days to get the order over there and packaging layout designed in order for the product release.
"They placed an order and I thought okay that's done and then I got back to work and I had a delivery in Horsham and while I was there I thought better check if I need anymore supplies."
Turns out she would need around an extra 40 kilograms of chocolate.
"I checked my email and saw I had an order from Channel Nine in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane wanting the same amount of boxes for their launch of The Block as well," she said.
Ms Fry was shocked to receive more orders, but got to work to get it done.
"I just treated it like any other order and got it done and sent them off," she said.
"Even though I get tired, I take pride in what I do and won't send anything out that is not 100 per cent.
"They were very grateful and said they had caused quite a buzz around Australia, with people contacting them to say just how realistic the tools looked.
"I always try to give my best service and make every product as good as the first one."
OTHER NEWS:
The big orders for big customers was just another step in Ms Fry's journey with her business climbing from strength to strength.
"The kitchen was first registered in 2002 and I took a break when my husband started his business," she said.
"I came back in the last four years and started doing it more. It was more of a hobby, but it has definitely become more of a fulltime job and I enjoy doing it.
"While the work is there and people are enjoying it, I'll keep doing it.
"There are a lot of people who are supporting local businesses and handmade products and so my sales have been online.
"I like to produce a quality product and I like the fact that people do talk about it.
"I like to create conversation with the product, not just with looks but with flavour and I think that has come out with my work."
