Stawell Police are investigating a series of thefts in the Greens Creek farming area north-east of Stawell.

Stawell Police allege 81 lambs have been stolen from the Greens Creek area during the period June 3 to July 19 with the sheep stolen from three separate paddocks.
No sheep have been stolen from the property, only lambs.
The total value of the stolen lambs is estimated to be valued at $8100.

There has also been a second incident of theft in the Greens Creek area with a recycling rubbish bin reported stolen.
The bin is alleged to have been stolen from the Vineyard Road area in Greens Creek between July 21 to July 22.
The stolen bin estimated to be valued at $100.
Stawell Police Senior Constable Darryl Anderson has urged anyone with any information about either incident to contact Stawell Police or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
