Stawell Athletic Club signs merchandising deal with Project Clothing

Project Clothing will serve as the official merchandise partner of the Stawell Gift until 2020 after announcing a three-year partnership on Monday.

Under the partnership Project Clothing will produce an exclusive range of Stawell Gift and Stawell Athletic Club merchandise, which will be available on-event at the official Stawell Gift merchandise store and on-line at the Stawell Gift shop.

Stawell Athletic Club president Kieren McIntosh said signing a new merchandise partner is vital for the club and the Stawell Gift.

“In Project Clothing we have found a partner who understands the unique nature of the Stawell Gift,” he said.

“As we strive to offer an extraordinary experience for athletes and fans we are excited at Project Clothing’s commitment to delivering a first-class official merchandise range and fantastic shopping experience for the thousands of athletes and spectators who attend the Stawell Gift carnival each year.”

The official Stawell Gift merchandise range will provide choices for both athletes and spectators.

The range will include technical apparel, casual wear, head wear and lifestyle accessories featuring designs inspired by the Stawell Gift.

Project Clothing chief executive officer Graeme Clarke said he is excited for his company to support Australia’s richest footrace.

“As one of Australia’s fastest growing global sports apparel brands, Project Clothing is proud to be the official merchandise partner for the Stawell Gift over the next three years,” he said.
