The event will be hosted at Melbourne’s Hisense Arena in December with Culling set to compete in the prestigious event.
It comes after the talented 17-year-old returned from her first international event at the UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships in Italy last month.
The championships on December 16 will be another step for Culling towards her dream of representing Australia at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
She told the Cycling Victoria website the Austral event will be a competitive event to be part of.
"Hisense is a great track, it is really fast, the crowd gets behind you, it is a fantastic atmosphere,” she said.
“I have good memories of winning the Junior Austral there a couple of years ago."
Culling will spend the next month increasing her training loads ahead of the start of the summer track cycling season.
