The latest incident is a woman, 50, who fell and broke her ankle 50 metres into the Wonderland Trail from the car park on Wednesday about 11am.
Stawell SES duty officer Jenny Rooke said police and paramedics attended the scene.
“We don’t yet know the circumstances surrounding the fall, but everybody with the intention to go hiking in the Grampians needs to be careful,” she said.
“It is the start of the holidays, so please don’t rush.”
The woman was taken to Ballarat for treatment.
Stawell SES also rushed to the aid of a woman, 38, who had fallen and broken her ankle at the bottom of MacKenzie Falls on Monday.
Ambulance Victoria flew the woman to a Ballarat hospital for surgery.
Stawell SES along with Horsham SES and Air Ambulance responded to an injured rock climber at Mount Stapylton on Saturday about 2.30pm, the first incident since the school holidays started.
The Melbourne man, 23, fell and dislocated his shoulder- it was popped back into place before being walked out of the park.
