Georgie McGennisken, 9, and her brother Lachie McGennisken, 11, from Traralgon will perform at the competition at Horsham Plaza.
Festival co-ordinator Lyall Wheaton said the competition was now in its eighth year and 21 entrants would perform for 20 minutes each.
He said a panel of judges will select the best busker, the most popular artist and give an encouragement award.
The competition will be at Horsham Plaza.
Mr Wheaton said the competition was very popular.
He said all 21 spots in this year’s event were filled five weeks before the festival.
