Youth Club needed just one more win to complete the perfect season and after its captain Kimber took control of the innings the result looks likely.
Rob Scott go the innings off to a strong start making 75 runs at the top of the order.
Bailey Taylor also played his part going one better making 76.
The innings however belonged to Kimber.
Youth Club declared at 302 and will enjoy a full day in the field against Halls Gap this weekend.
Much like Youth Club, Navarre also came out all guns blazing against Pomonal.
Pomonal won the toss and elected to bat.
Navarre took early wickets and before too long they six wickets down for minimal runs.
Wayne Dickinson provided some resistance for Pomonal making 17 runs.
He was the only player to score in double figures.
Lachlan Slorach was again the man to watch with the ball taking five wickets.
In reply Navarre as it stands are 5-124.
Craig Marrow’s half century led Swifts Great Western to a big lead over Willaura.
Swifts Great Western made 130 and Willaura are 6-62 with a days play still ahead of them.
