The Special CoRE event recognised the achievements of the 16 Days of Activism campaign that ran from November 25 to December 10.
Council was joined by 100 others representatives of the alliance to celebrate the significant milestone of achieving 50 members in the first six months.
All members are committed to ending violence against women and children in the Grampians.
Council corporate strategy, risk and governance director Colleen White received recognition from Parliamentary Secretary for Human Services Karen Knight.
She said it was a great opportunity to meet other members of the alliance and discuss what they were planning as part of their membership.
The CoRE Plan aims to achieve a safe, equal and respectful society for everyone.
It invites all organisations, businesses, clubs and networks in the Grampians to become members of the alliance and start working together.
