Warracknabeal's Mary Baxter was crowned lady of the day, while Horsham's Belinda Nurse was runner-up.
Ms Baxter said she was excited to win.
"I entered last year and I didn't win, but it was my first time entering fashions on the field at Horsham Cup," she said.
"Then I came second in the Mail-Times best dressed competition, so I decided to enter again this year."
Ms Baxter said her dress and headpiece were from Myer.
"I bought it in April and put it together with bags I already had," she said.
“I thought pink and white was a good choice.
"I put a lot of effort into finding a nice outfit and it paid off."
Fashions on the field was judged by Simone Miller and Lia Landrigen.
Ms Miller said she picked Ms Baxter as the winner because her outfit was suitable for spring.
“Her hat was unusual and she just had the complete look,” she said.

Mr Kenewell was visiting the city on a boy’s trip.
“We decided to take a trip over to Horsham and the day was awesome,” he said.
